Do you believe in the power of positivity?
Manifestation starts with awareness of our own feelings, thoughts, and beliefs.
It then takes shape in the form of intentionally shifting our negative self-talk to positive self-talk.
By changing our own internal dialogue around the challenges we face, we can often positively impact the probability of experiencing the outcomes we seek.
And the science actually backs this up.
In fact, according to consolidated research highlighted by MIT, optimists tend to live longer, healthier, and happier lives.
But for those of us with particularly pessimistic inner dialogues - which was the case for me for much of my career - it can feel like a big leap to suddenly embrace the power of positivity.
So what should a more practical - or even pessimistic - person do, the next time they find themselves stressed about a project?
Just start with questions.
And the one I always turn to when times get tough is...
What if it all works out?
Because more-often-than-not it does. And maybe this time it will too.
